Yeah - I've just tried accessing the PPG using my test version of IE 6
and the Google Chrome Frame add-in comes up, blocking the main PPG
window  - the same as you're seeing - and I can't see any way of
bypassing it either.

I think the problem is that IE 6 isn't standards complaint and it can't
view the new PPG properly without installing the Chrome Frame add-in to
IE6, upgrading IE (it's currently at version 9) or installing another
browser.
