Sorry about dredging up this thread. I was going to reply directly but thought others might be interested. If you're on Facebook, I'd suggest "liking" Chch EQ Photos (see link below). They are contracted as the official photographers for the national archives and they're doing a great job of putting together small galleries of various subjects for their Facebook fans. They have access to the CBD red zone and go in there regularly.
