Christine, these are nice.  I'm really impressed by the way the camera handled
the harsh, uneven theater lighting.  I shot lots of school productions with my
Super Program, PZ-1, and PZ-1p, and K10D, and the lighting was more than film
(or the K10D sensor) could handle.

My k-5 got its first real low-light workout last night.  I took some
dress rehearsal photos at the high school, for their musical this
weekend.  I used the 50-135, set the camera to TAV mode (usually about
3.5 - 4.0 & 1/160 sec), enabled highlight correction & went to it.
ISO ranged between 3200- 12,800.  I find I'm using TAV more & more
these days...  These have been touched up with a little NR in LR3, but
not tons.

Anyhow, I was very pleased with how the camera handled everything.
Just wanted to share that.
