With a quick flip of the mirror lock switch, I find 1/30 pretty easy and 1/60 quite reliable. Without MLU, 1/60 is pretty good, 1/125 is absolutely fine. I don't have the 90mm, mind you -- I've got the 105 -- but I figure they're close enough for jazz.
