You and I think in similar ways. "The Americans" was one of the first
photo books I bought (a used 1969 paperback edition when I was a
sophomore in high school) ... I still have it, still find it what I
turn to when I need inspiration.

That's not to say I could reduce my photo book library to just that
without significant pain. But if everything else were to disappear and
I be left with just that, it would suffice.
