Good teleconverters are the Pentax 1.4X-L and the 2X-L. The quality 
reduction when using the 1,4X converter is negligible but you should stop 
down a stop or two when using the 2X converter.

I don't know what you pay but this lens is generally the best bargain to be 
had among used, great Pentax lenses. It usually goes from between 
$1600-$2000 which is far too cheap for a lens that cost $5500 new.
