How long it would take "Artist Voting" to meet the accept/reject criteria is
difficult to say. Early on, I would occasionally get a notice that an image had
been set aside for review. Don't know if that is still a practice. I gather
there is no absolute time limit for an image to satisfy either the accept or
reject criteria, but seems improbable that an image having been submitted as
long ago as Nov 2, 2011 would still be "alive."
Think I'd send an inquiry.

I was pleasantly surprised this morning to note that the Pentax Photo
Gallery has acted on all the images I submitted on Nov 27.  That is
quite prompt!  While they rejected a couple of images I really liked,
they did accept the one I really wanted to get in the gallery.

I am getting a bit concerned about some of my older submissions,
however.  While they have acted on all my Nov 27 entries, they have
not acted on one of those I submitted on Nov 19, or on any of my Nov
11 submissions.  Even more curious, There are 2 still pending review
from November 2, and the very first image I submitted after the
gallery reopened, on October 24, is also still listed as "Pending
Artist Voting."

Has anyone else noticed that some of their submissions heave been held
up while later submission are acted on quickly?  Does anyone else have
an image as old as Oct 24 still "Pending Artist Voting"?

This may be an indication that there is still a two-tiered voting
system, or it may be an indication that some of my images got lost in
the flood of image that came in where the Gallery was reactivated.

Any thoughts?
