1) The PDF file that blurb makes for the contents of the book looks just fine, but using their templates etc. the PDF that it makes for the cover looks significantly less vivid than the picture in indesign.
2) Something got tweaked so that it is making the book 9.75" wide rather than 9.625". This is causing it to fail preflight, and I can't figure out what is wrong. The only page showing up as 9.75" is the title page, but making that narrower just makes a white line along one edge of the image in the pdf file.
