I am confused. From InDesign, I would have thought that you would generate a PDF that then goes to Blurb? You make it sound like Blurb is generating the PDF (with color issues) from an InDesign output file of some sort. In any case, for both issues, I would go ahead and upload the file to Blurb and then do a 100% preview from there. Give the link to one or two others and have them double check. Maybe it really is ok. If it looks ok, order. If not, delete it and go back to trying to diagnosis the issues.
