I briefly owned a Raynox 250 until it got stolen. My impression was
that the IQ was nice, but that it was too powerful to use with a walk
around lens. A lot of times when I want macro, I just want to get
closer than I normally can with my regular lens, and don't need to get
close enough to tell if a fly is Jewish.
My walkabout kit would likely be a DA40 with the DCR-150 closeup
adapter. Anybody have this kit, or something close?
In a similar vein, I found a sigma miniwide 28mm/2.8 for a similar
amount. Does anyone have any experience with that lens?
