Interesting.  The rubbish men here stay within the cab and they don't really 
get to see what's inside the bins.  That does make me wonder how they police 
them as there are some things you're not allowed to put in.

Our biggest problem is when the neighbour parks their Range Rover in front of 
our bins on the Monday night and doesn't move it in time.
