John - thanks for sharing the Venice shot; that square, that time of day - one of my favorite places. Here is my own take on the scene from my trip 5 years ago. Pretty much the same except slightly newer camera model (K10D), slightly faster lens (DA21mm @ f/3.2), slightly lower ISO (800), slightly slower shutter speed (1/6 sec) and slightly different angle.
