No, I don't use LR, much prefer Elements as a one-stop shop.  I did do colour 
noise reduction with detail retention, but it did not make a lot of difference 
to my eye.  More effective seemed to be "Noise/Despeckle" with "Enhance/Adjust 
Sharpness" to follow.
