Certainly, MAMWUTSC&LC are well-represented in the current population of photographers, not to mention mailing lists and forums on the Internet. But they are not the only market that one should try to sell to. I like the look of the OM-D; even though I'm not quite a MAMWUTSC&LC, my first serious camera was my dad's, and he is.
