The fate of our Anglican cathedral is to be announced in a few weeks. Also some upmarket apartment buildings near Hagley Park are currently under urgent demolition as they could collapse at any moment due to structural weakness. And a suburban shopping mall has been partially closed due to problems with the structure. My favourite camera shop is in that mall but they're still open.
