Welp!
My $45 lens arrived today in wonderful shape. There's still snap in the
aperture and the glass is clean. But, I can definitely see what people
were talking about with regard to the build quality of the aperture
ring. It's not crisp like the ones on my K 50/1.4 or M 50/2 -- and it
starts to get just a little bit fussy around f/8. But, everything seems
to be in working order and I like it based on what I've seen in the few
throw-away shots I've taken.
Now, all I need is something to photograph and a good day to photograph it.
