Hi, Tom,

In some jurisdictions (like Canada, with the exception of British
Columbia), contingincy fees are not allowed.  Here, lawyers are not allowed
to bill on a percentage of the winnings.  Helps stop frivolous law-suits,
and ridiculous damage claims, too.
