Maybe I'm fossilized before my time, but I have no plans to use a
camera like the K-01, so that would be no challenge.

Were I stuck with one I'd have to put it on a tripod as I can't see
any way at all to hold it steady while framing and focusing. That
device wasn't made with me in mind.
