tl;dr: I'd improve the shot by doing nothing and accepting it as the
very lovely shot it is. :-)

Walt, that blur could be reduced/removed in Ps with very careful
cloning/healing etc. It would be a lengthy job for someone new at
retouching. I speak from some experience. :)

As an impartial observer, I think it looks just fine as it is. It's
life. Blur happens.
