When someone says "You've got a good eye" what does that actually
mean?
Is it just "You take pretty pictures" or "You can take pretty
pictures of things I wouldn't expect you could", or just "I want to
say something nice, so I'll make some sort of vague compliment"?
E: All of the above.
I generally take it to mean they know nothing about photography, but
want to complement you without sounding completely clueless.
