In otherwords, something cool to do with a film camera. These may not be everyone's "cup 'o tea" but I think they are fantastic. I discovered them in a Flickr contact's recent uploads, which in turn took me to this whole set. He says: "A technique sometimes known as "microclick"- involving a panorama made of overlapping images, taken by winding on the film a fraction of a frame for each exposure. This is often done using a Holga (hence 'microclick' from the click sound as the film is wound forwards in the Holga) , but these are mostly 35mm film in a Smena."
Here they are presented as a Flickr slideshow: http://www.flickr.com/photos/seriykotik/sets/72157625753792973/show/ And for those who hate Flickr slideshows, a link to the set itself: http://www.flickr.com/photos/seriykotik/sets/72157625753792973/with/6792660218/ Just want to view one? http://www.flickr.com/photos/seriykotik/6792635624/in/set-72157625753792973/lightbox/ Sure, you could do this with Photoshop and enough time overlapping exposres in layers of varying opacity, but I like the ease of creating this with a film camera.
