That is a very interesting pattern, and certainly a worthwhile subject for an image.
I agree with Jack that the window disrupts the pattern and detracts from the effect. You would of course be able to crop the image just to the right of the window, which would be fairly easy to accomplish. You would then be left with a portrait orientation, or a square one with far less detail in the pattern. I guess you could clone out the window, by that would be quite difficult, given the need to fit in with the complexity of the surrounding material. That, however, would not be what you saw and attempted to capture.
