David, Have you ever tried Agfa Optima II - you can get 100, 200 or 400 speed. Agfa is usually very clean with whites and the Optima seems to do well with browns/reds - earthy tones. I would be very tempted to try a couple of rolls - you may be pleasantly surprised.
