Dan I hadn't had a chance to comment on this photo yet. It sounds like you were documenting a scene and when you look at this picture it tells you that story. Looking at it I kinda got that story though we don't have many tide pools in Midwest.:)

So I agree with Larry a tighter crop would be better art, more universal, but not document what you saw. Your call.

Thanks for the comment and suggestion.

I can certainly crop it tighter, but I wanted to include enough of the
water and rocks to make it cleat that I found the flower floating in a
tide pool on the beach.
