In Margate, on the New Jersey Shore, we have Lucy, a six story high
elephant that once served as a hotel. She is said to be the oldest
example of zoomorphic architecture:

Yeah, that's big - doesn't seem to be in pristine condition judging by
the black and white photo.
One I forgot to mention was our 'Big Ayres Rock (Uluru)' which, unlike
most 'big' things, is smaller than the original (well, it would have
to be given that the original is 3km x 2 km). Like the 'Big Potato'
it looks somewhat fecal and has seen better days, although it was
never a thing of great beauty. Quite the opposite.

Here's a cellphone snapshot of the big salmon in the town of Rakaia, which
is on the banks of the Rakaia river about 40 minutes south of Christchurch.
The Rakaia is one of our largest braided rivers and is very
popular with
fishermen for both salmon and trout. The bridge across the
Rakaia is the
longest in the country at 1757 metres.

I'll see your Big Fish and raise you our Big Galah (Kimba, in rural South
Australia).

In Australia, the 'big' craze started with the Big Banana in Coffs Harbour
in the 50s and grew from there. So we now have things like the Big
Barramundi at Daintree, the Big Merino at Goulburn, the Big Prawn at Ballina
and the Big Mosquito (Ossie the Mossie) at Hexam.
Then there's the Big Potato at Robertson (which, to mild amusement of
visitors, looks more like a big turd...)
