Mike, I just got back from Boston, myself. Have taken grab shots in the past of that interesting area. Two things come to mind. The obvious - since LOgan airport was the one the terrorists left from in September, any kind of photos of what might be a vulnerable-to-attack gives the cops a bit more "right" to get you to stop taking pictures. (I wudda split after the first warning, btw.) The less obvious, perhaps, is they may have thought you were getting fodder for dumping on the big dig itself, since it has become pretty much of a scandal. Which you undoubtedly know, but others on list may not. POssibly the cops using the excuse of the first to stop you but maybe being party to those who would rather not show off more what a disaster the whole dig has been. Politics or safety?
Hope you didn't lose any great shots :) annsan - This message is from the Pentax-Discuss Mail List. To unsubscribe, go to http://www.pdml.net and follow the directions. Don't forget to visit the Pentax Users' Gallery at http://pug.komkon.org .
