Thanks Brian, but I've changed the setting and re-uploaded... and the ad is still appearing. The template is loading some javascript from jalbum.net which then loads the ad (among other stuff I guess). I'm using the "base" template this time and maybe it relates to that. I got sick of the other template I was using and wanted to try another.

I've managed to get rid of it with a little CSS change and will be more careful in future. Note the jAlbum version selection chart does now have "ad-free albums" listed under the paid options.

I really don't think it has anything to do with the Base skin. I'm using a modified form of the base skin for my website and when I first uploaded it, I was getting the ads too. A bit of investigation through the Jalbum forums came up with the info (from the Jalbum developer) that the ads were related to the widgets. I turned off widget support and re-uploaded and the ads disappeared.

Looking at the source for your pages, the widget script is present at the bottom of the pages. It looks like this:

If you turn off widget support that script shouldn't appear. Are you absolutely sure widget support is disabled?

I must dig out my slides from 1969 and have a trip down memory lane. I bet the plane you flew on wasn't like this:

I would love to see some of your photos. Was it your honeymoon as well? AFAIK we were the only newlywed tourists at the time. Everyone else was middle-aged or retired.

Yes, it was my honeymoon. There were three honeymooning couples at our hotel. We still keep in touch. I'll try to find my slides.

We had a nice cosy A320 with in-flight entertainment. On the way out I learned about the construction of the Sydney Opera House, and on the way back I learned about the Canton Tower in Guangzhou.

Must have been a while since Qantas had that route. Until a month ago Norfolk Air were flying it, but tourist numbers have fallen and Air NZ has taken over all of the routes from both Aus and NZ. Personally I think they need to do a bit of work on attracting a younger generation.

When we went Qantas and TEAL jointly ran the service, both using DC4s, as far as I recall.

You might find this article interesting. It's from the Sydney Morning Herald of a couple of days ago and talks about the financial problems afflicting Norfolk Island:
