I like this one the best:

although I would play with the color balance a bit. I know that stage
lighting makes that near impossible, but the skin tones strike me as
way too magenta. Also, part of the reason I like this one is the stage
lighting (blue highlights) which you could not control, but you got a
nice expression/look.

I'm curious what this one would have looked like with another notch
slower shutter speed. If you could freeze everything but still capture
more of a blur on the strumming hand, I think that would have been
nice. The guy's hat adds another layer of complication to the
lighting/shadows side of things.

Part of you "problem" with this particular band may be that they just
don't do a lot that jumps out at you as "energy" or "emotion". This
shot captures some of that:

but unfortunately his eyes are going in a direction that makes him
look a bit comedic/demented instead.
I see a guy wearing a harp but see no shots of him blowing it, which
might have made some good energy shots.

I'd also have composed with more space to the direction that he is
looking, rather than centering your composition.
