Ya, I thought I was pretty smart leaving the battery door open when I had the card out... Until I pushed the camera off the coffee table (low) onto the carpet. It was just enough of a fall to crack the battery door, which eventually fell off. The repair was expensive. :-( Regards, Bob S.
