Thanks Godfrey, it looks like there is some helpful information there.

Unfortunately I find watching just about any tutorial video painful.  Blame it 
on ADD, but they always take forever on points that are obvious, and gloss over 
the things I need to pay attention to. Plus, I read so much faster than people 
talk.  It takes 10 minutes to watch something that I could read in two, and 
much of that is stuff I'd likely want to skip, or skim, anyways.
