Thanks David, Bob W., Bob S., JCO, Dan, and knarf for looking. JCO, the vignetting is inherent in the lens design: I didn't crop this one from the full frame at all,. David, I was never seriously affected by the floods, my suburb is pretty well recovered, but some areas are still being put back together - often due to problems with insurance policies not being paid out. It's amazing how many definitions of 'flood' there are according to the insurers! The house on top of the cliff is a very desirable residence, and the price reflects it. It has views which can never be built out.
