This is a downside...especially when you've got a lens on the camera with a lens hood attached. You have to either keep the hood on and the meter on or the lens hood off and the cap on. If I could only just cap the hood...OH NO!! sounds like I'm trying to formulate another modification! Lets see...what material would make a good home made "hood cap" for the SMCT 24mm f3.5?
