For many years I set the low light performance of the D700 as what I "needed" in a camera body. In many low light situations, the K-5 comes close enough for me to do what I need.
I expect that in many ways the D800 is a huge step up in performance over the D700, though it's quite possible that there are things that the D700 does better. As someone who is interested in photography, and the associated tech, I'm curious how the two cameras compare, from the perspective of a photographer whose work I admire. -- Larry Colen [email protected] sent from i4est -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
