Check for printer driver updates since it sounds like you can't do much
with Firefox itself. Alternatively, use a different browser just for
printing those things, even if it means using Firefox to "save as" a
complete page on your hard drive and printing that.
I was able to print the packing slip with explorer -- but I sure don't
want to use explorer if I dont have to... and I certainly can c & p the
printing slip.
with the coupon - I ended up just copying the codes I needed and
Staples accepted that.
I'm kinda suspecting something to do with pop-ups and settings but
haven't had any light bulbs over my head.
