It still comes down to Ebay not enforcing their own rules. Maybe they can't
police the site themselves, but a complaint from the copyright holder should
result in immediate removal of all auctions by the violator from Ebay. In
short order this kind of shit would go away. Having rules that are not
enforced is the same as not having rules.
