I appreciate the 67, and the fact that you use one for weddings, but for a guy who is 
mulling equipment specifically for a portraiture business I think the 67 is the wrong 
choice.

The neg is overkill.

You need to change film more often, and it's fussy(er) to load.

Really low flash sync.

Extension tubes for head shots.

645 works really well...20x24's are no problems, you get more shots per roll.

Interchangeable backs are great, inserts are helpful and can speed things up.

Leaf shutters are nice if you're using lots of flash.

I use a 645n, but the low flash sync and lack of interchangeable backs can be an 
issue. Works fine for me, but I've learned to work with it..plus it complements my 
style.

Pentax, Mamiya and Bronica make good 645 cameras that can be found reasonably cheap.

Again, like any other photo purchase, you have to figure out what will work for you. 
*Unlike* your other photo purchases, this decision has to make financial sense.
