I took possession of a used (but like new) Bigma yesterday (the
previous version without IS) and so I'm trying to get the hang of
using it. (This may be a long process with a lot of discarded shots).
I think I'm really going to like it, however.

On the way to work this morning, a yellow biplane cropduster was
working in the middle of a square mile section of field. I turned down
a gravel road to try to get a little closer view, which still wasn't
all that close. He was at least 1/4 mile from me as he elevated over
trees at the end of the field:

Playing around in Photoshop and dialing the contrast to "eleven" I got
what could be the basis for a neat logo for the guy's Flying Service.

I've never been one to go to air shows, but with this lens it might
make for a very fun day of target practice.
