LOVE poutine!
Unfortunately for me the best chip truck in Canada is in the parking
lot of our local Canadian Tire. Unfortunate for my waistline anyway..

A Canadian delicacy (originally from Quebec) it's fries with cheese
curds and gravy. This version features vegan gravy and soy "cheese":

Sounds gross, tastes amazing. Note the Diet Coke, to counteract the
1200 calories of the dish.

looks tasty; i've had a vegetarian (with dairy cheese) version and enjoyed
it, but i prefer what you might call the Colorado (and lower calorie)
version — fries with vegan green chile, a most excellent version available
from the Pomfreet truck that is sometimes in my neighborhood

Is it just me or does the word poutine sound like some kind of anglicised Parisian insult?
