correlation is not causation; it's all about attitude
i agree with Larry that some gear's capabilities open creative opportunities
(but don't _cause_ creativity), but probably so would LSD, or being stuck in a
box with a camera and a mirror — it's a multidimensional equation of how an
individual responds to stimulus, limits and possibility
i do think there is a sense of letting go, of "walking in the steps", of
historical resonance, or just of accepted ritual, to carrying a single prime;
that may be the right stimulus to heighten one's awareness
