After around 14 years on a fixie (the last 12 years on a track bike) I went
back to a road bike this past spring. Other than being faster and more
comfortable (but not quite as maneuverable) I also wanted to distance myself
from the trendoids and hipsters riding their single-speeds and fixies around
town.

As for the rest of the list, well, I don't dress in an eclectic fashion. Hell,
my wife would say that the word "fashion" shouldn't be applied to anything I
wear.

;-)

cheers,
frank

Hipster traits:

Using archaic cameras.
Considers creative photographs far more important than such trivialities as
sharpness.
Slender build.
Eclectic clothing.
Exotic imported cigarettes.
Rides fixies.
Unusual diet.

Does this sound like anyone we know?
