They're happy because they've just invaded the advanced stop line area and parked in front of a bunch of cyclists WHO ARE THE ONLY PEOPLE ALLOWED IN THERE!! and forced them to breathe in their revolting petrol fumes while waiting for the lights to change, then turned right across them to use the CYCLING NOT SCOOTERING OR MOTOR-BIKING lane, overtaking with only millimetres to spare. Somebody should pick them up with a crane and drop them over a cliff. Then we'd see how happy they are on their bloody wheezy pathetic little scooter. It's a good photo though.
