I noted while reading about Garry Winogrand that he'd do everything he
could to keep his shutter speed up around 1/1000th including pushing
400 ASA film to 1600 ASA. He insisted this gave him "that crisp look".

I need to try this for a while to see how I like it. I almost never
shoot shutter priority and often let my speeds get below 1/100th, but
I fear this softens all my handheld shots.
