Over lunch break, I had a bit of fun processing a few images from the Q on my iPad. First time using the Camera Connection Kit, with the Q's SD card, and first time playing with Snapseed (by Nik Software).
A couple of comments about the Q. I've just begun to get familiar with it, but FUN pretty much sums it up. I find its smallness is freeing in several respects. I don't take it so seriously (like I seem to with the K-5) and am a lot more free in taking lots of images, many on the fly. The Q is so small that it attracts next to no attention, so you can do a form of street photography in *stores* and attract little notice. I also have it with me at virtually *all* times, with the 8.5mm f1.9 on. I hope to try some stuff with the F100mm macro on it this weekend. I've got 4 images that were taken with the Q and processed on the iPad in my Flickr stream now. These were from in-camera JPEGs (haven't switched the Q to RAW+ yet). Nothing to write home about, but I'm very pleased with what I've seen so far.
