I got a phone call the other day from a friend visiting from out of town, to meet him for dinner on the wharf in Santa Cruz. I'm afraid that the food at Gilda's (used to be Stagnaro's) may truly be the pinnacle of mediocrity. We finished dinner just as the shadows were getting long and I was compelled to play with my camera for a bit. All of these photos were taken with the Tokina 80-200/2.8. It's going to take me a while to learn how to play to the lens's strengths.
