TdF titles, which have got fuck all to do with them.

As far as I understand
it he has never failed a dope test and should be treated as innocent until
proven guilty.
he's basically pleaded no contest, which amounts to a guilty plea with a shred
of dignity preserved
Apparently several of his former team mates are prepared to testify against
him, but one wonders why now?
i think the truth didn't change, just the conditions for expressing it
