Interesting turn of phrase. I've always heard it as "close but no

Gee, nothing interesting here. I just made a mistake.
Isn't there a way to adjust the color balance of shadows in
lightroom?
Well, I could use brushes and so on, but it is:
1. Laborsome
2. Imprecise
3. Ultimately I don't have any experience with that.
At the end I try to process my pictures in such a way that they could be
printed. I am certain I have the ability (me, not the computer or
program) to apply brushes in such a way that would produce printable
outcome.
The gradient filters could help, but they don't seem to have WB controls.
I think that your rework looks a lot better.
Thank you, although I think otherwise :-).
How would the photo work in black and white? Or even just slightly
desaturated?
I just tried. You see, the light on the tree leaves would then either
disappear (B/W conversion) or be much less prominent (partial
desaturation).
I am starting to think that this picture requires either more competent
processor (not me), or this and a software with somewhat more capable
tools for local editing...
