Quoting Matthew Hunt <[email protected]>:

A Hong Kong-based seller on eBay is selling watches that feature my
photograph of my wife's Toy Manchester Terrier jumping in dog agility:

I have submitted a notice of copyright infringement to eBay. Any other
suggestions for making life less pleasant for the perpetrators? I
doubt there's much of a chance given their location, but who knows...

It's a pity they didn't just link to your image - then you could have just replaced it by something obscene...

I notice that if you right click the auction image a panel comes up that says "Images protected by Auctiva. Sign up at www.auctiva.com to protect your images!" That's almost the ultimate indignity.

Maybe contacting Auctiva would help?

How did you find out about the theft?
