So two infringements here, no model release for using of the dog AND

Ebay will probably take the item down totally, at the very least

Good catch. They have a reporting procedure very similar to eBay, so
I'll let them know as well.
How did you find out about the theft?
The dog in the photograph is my wife's (late) dog. She regularly looks
for Manchester Terrier items on eBay and saw this, and of course
recognized the photo.
