Tim,

I have the AF version of that Tokina. It's nice to have AF, but the
lens a little bit less sharp than the manual focus version (I own
both); on the plus side, it focuses closer. Still, when I shoot with
the K10D I grab the AF one as I only need to concentrate on keeping it
stable. As a man, I can't multi-task.

As I move toward mirrorless (true mirrorless, not the K-01) I'll
probably sell the AF Tokina 400m, so let me know if you're interested.

As for the Pentax 560mm, it looks like the front section (not the
hood) might slide backwards. It would be cool if it did.
