I don't know if that was directed at me or not, however:

1. I still own Pentax gear.
2. I still use Pentax gear.
3. 'Abandon'? Why not 'switch' or 'change'?
4. Maybe I have an abusive personality.
5. Maybe I just like to complain.
6. Maybe I'm just tired of doling out money to Pentax when, for what
is a bit more, and just barely affordable, I could have today's
technology not last years or two years ago technology.
7. I hope you're not saying it's bad form to voice one's opinion even
if it is at odds with the majority in a given set of of people.
8. Do you really find a dissenting opinion that distasteful?
